Open up the PC, reseat the adapter, check all antenna connections.Ĭheck the Event Viewer logs for errors or messages relating to or corresponding with the wireless "turn off". See what the adapter is "reporting" with regards to its current configuration and what you would expect to see. Then run and look at the results of "ipconfig /all" on your PC. Are all other network functions and devices working correctly? I would expect so but have to ask.įirst try running the built in Network Troubleshooter via a right-click on the wireless icon (usually located lower right screen corner).
